b. Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged during transit, we will replace the damaged item provided that you notify us within 5 days of receiving the order. Please contact our customer service team with photographic evidence of the damaged item for assessment and replacement.

c. Lost Items

For orders with tracking information that are confirmed as lost in transit, we will replace the lost item at no additional cost. Please reach out to our customer service team to report the lost item and initiate the replacement process.

3. Order Fulfillment and Processing

We rely on the accuracy of the personalization details provided by the customer. Please review your order confirmation carefully to ensure all personalization details are accurate. Changes cannot be made once the order is confirmed.

b. Processing Time

Each item is meticulously crafted with attention to detail. Our standard processing time is 3-5 days, excluding shipping time. Please refer to individual product pages for specific processing times.
